Free — you cover shipping
A print in the mail, and ninety seconds that work tonight.
A free 5×7 healing-art print, mailed to you. And the moment you enter your email, a 90-second reset you can do at your desk, in your car, or at 3am when your eyes open again.
No card for the print itself. No countdown timer. You can leave the list in one click.
3:17am
You’ve done the work. So why are you still awake?
Your eyes open. Chest tight, mind already three conversations deep. You reach for your phone just to check the time and lose forty minutes to articles about cortisol.
You try the breathing. It doesn’t work, and now you’re annoyed at yourself for that too. Around 4:30 you give up and lie there with the sentence you can’t get out from under: I’ve done so much work on myself — why am I still here?
Then the sun comes up and you put the competent face back on.

Why none of it stuck
Everything you tried started in your mind.
Meditation, journaling, mindset work, the programs, the supplements, the planner. All of it asked your thinking to fix your thinking.
But you can’t think your way out of a nervous system stuck in survival. That was never a willpower problem, and it was never a discipline problem. It’s a regulation problem — and that’s a completely different door.
Regulation starts in the body, and the fastest way in is through your eyes.
How the art works
The calm of staring into a campfire.
Captured, so you can come back to it any time you want.
I make these from twenty-five years of my own nature photography, composed symmetrically around a centre line. Your nervous system reads that kind of order as safety — it doesn’t have to work to make sense of what it’s seeing, so it stops bracing.
You look at it with your eyes open. No blank mind required, no lotus position, nothing to believe. You just gaze, lightly, and let your focus soften until the shape lets go. Your mind keeps going — that’s fine. You’re watching it instead of drowning in it.
That watching is the whole point. It’s called the observer state, and it’s what meditation was always trying to get you to. You were never bad at meditating. You were handed the wrong goal.

What arrives, and nothing you didn’t ask for.
- The 90-Second Reset — on the very next screen. Feet on the floor, two long breaths out, and a guided way back to your own centre. Nothing to download.
- A free 5×7 healing-art print, mailed to you. You pick which one and cover $9.90 shipping and handling in the US. This is the physical tool — something real to rest your eyes on when a screen is the last place you should be looking.
- A short letter most weeks. One practice, one honest thought. No hype, no manufactured urgency. Unsubscribe whenever you like — I won’t take it personally.
I’m not going to tell you this fixes anything. I’m telling you it’s ninety seconds, it’s free, and you’ll know by the end of it whether your body responds. That’s the only proof that counts here.
Why me
I made this because I needed it first.
In 2013 I had a brain injury. For a long stretch I was too sensitive to be out in public — noise, light, people, all of it was too much. I started composing my old photographs symmetrically because looking at them was one of the few things that settled me.
That’s the whole origin. Not a business plan. A woman trying to get her own nervous system to stand down.
I’m a guide, not a guru. The entire point of something called Tools for Self Mastery is that you end up not needing me.
What the research supports
Visual neuroscience shows the brain responds automatically to symmetry and visual regularity — symmetry is linked to perceptual fluency, the ease with which your brain organises what it’s seeing. Clinical work on viewing art and engaging with structured symmetrical forms has documented reductions in stress and anxiety. That’s the claim, and it’s the only one I’ll make.
What people actually do with it
I surveyed 36 of them. Forty-eight percent said they use the art as a healing or meditation tool. Fifteen percent called it decor. Eighty-eight percent said they actively look for things to bring their life into balance — and only fifteen percent said they currently feel balanced.
Where it’s been
My work was published as “Art as Medicine” in Light of Consciousness in 2015. I’ve taught Kundalini yoga for twenty-five years and given intuitive readings since 2009. None of that makes me right. It just means I’ve been at this a while.
Before you ask
The fair questions.
What’s the catch?
The print is free and you pay $9.90 to have it posted to you — that’s the whole arrangement. I’d rather you have the thing in your hands than in a cart. Later on I’ll tell you about a $11/month community, and you can ignore that completely.
I can’t meditate. My mind won’t stop.
Good — this one is done with your eyes open, and a busy mind isn’t a failure here. You’re not trying to empty it. You’re learning to watch it from slightly further back, and the image does most of that work for you.
Is this going to be woo?
Not at the front door. I lead with the body because that’s what actually moves first. There’s more depth underneath if you ever want it, and you never have to go there. Relief, not belief.
How much is shipping, honestly?
$9.90 in the US, and you’ll see the exact figure before you confirm anything. Outside the US it’s calculated from your address at checkout. Nothing is charged until you approve it, and there’s no subscription hidden inside it.
Will you sell my email?
No. One list, mine, and the unsubscribe link is in every letter. If you leave, nothing bad happens.
I’ve been burned by people like you.
Reasonable. A lot of this industry runs on convincing you something’s wrong with you, then selling you the fix. My position is the opposite one: nothing is wrong with you. Your nervous system learned survival, and it can learn safety. Take the ninety seconds and judge me on whether it works.
From people who have one

This piece is truly captivating. The way you've turned emotion into art is remarkable, capturing both the beauty and the struggle behind the story.
What powerful images. You have brought such beauty to the world!
The depth and emotion in this piece are breathtaking. It's clear a lot of passion went into creating something so powerful. I'm in awe.
The guarantee
If you don’t love it, keep it anyway.
If you’re not glad you did this within 30 days, tell me and I’ll refund your $9.90. I won’t ask you to post the print back — keep it, or hand it to someone who needs it more than you do.
I make these myself. I’d rather you love what turns up than hold onto nine dollars.

Ninety seconds. Then decide.
You don’t need another restart. You need to start somewhere else entirely.
