Relief, not belief
Come home to yourself.
Calm your system. Reconnect to your own guidance. Trust what's true for you. Nervous-system-regulating art and simple body-first practices — no belief required.
One house, three doorways
It's one journey. These are just the doors.
Everything I make points the same direction — settle the body, and your own knowing comes back on its own. Come in whichever way feels like yours.
Reorient
The art. Symmetrical nature imagery your nervous system reads as safety — open-eyed meditation for the woman who's sure she can't meditate.
The art →Regulate
The practices. Ninety-second resets, breath, gentle movement, the gaze — twenty-five years of Kundalini training translated out of doctrine and into your day.
The practices →Reflect
The oracle and sessions. A 40-card deck and personal work used as a mirror for what you already know — never prediction, never a substitute for your knowing.
The oracle →Create · Regulate · Recognize · Own · Trust
3:17 a.m.
“My mind won't shut off, I wake up at 3am, and after all the books, apps, workshops — even medication — I still don't feel safe in my own body or trust my own decisions.”
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected — you're not broken. Your system just hasn't felt safe enough to hear you.

Reorient · The Art
Art you use, not art you hang.
Every piece begins as my own nature photography — twenty-five years of it — composed around a central axis so the two halves mirror each other. Nature supplies the geometry; I supply the mirror.
Your visual system organizes that symmetry almost effortlessly, and that ease is what your body reads as safe. It's the calm of staring into a campfire — captured, so you can come back to it anytime. Regulation technology, not decoration.

Regulate · Practices
Ninety seconds, not another hour you don't have.
A dysregulated nervous system will not keep an appointment with a forty-minute practice. So none of this takes one. Small doses, often, is how safety actually gets learned.
Feet flat. Two sighing breaths. A short return to your own center that works at your desk, in the car, or at 3am. Then a whole toolbox of them, and people practicing alongside you.

Reflect · The Oracle
A mirror for your own guidance — never a prediction.
Kundalini Blessings is a 40-card deck I created, in print since 2010, carrying the KRI Seal of Approval. Each card is a gateway to one aspect of your life — from Center to Insight to The Mystic — and each one is a meditation. Pull one as a reading, or simply do it as your practice for the day.
The cards don't know your future and neither do I. What a good pull does is quiet the noise long enough that you hear the thing you already suspected — then hands the decision straight back to you.
You didn't lose your intuition.
Your nervous system just got too loud for you to hear it.
Everything you've tried started with your mind — meditation, journaling, mindset work, the programs, the supplements. But you can't think your way out of a nervous system stuck in survival. It was never a willpower problem. It's a regulation problem, and that's a different door entirely.
The part nobody names
Boundaries are the missing half of intuition.
Everyone says trust your gut. Nobody tells you that trusting it isn't only about hearing it — it's being able to tell what's yours from what isn't. This is mine to carry, this isn't. My truth, or someone else's. My yes — or just the noise.
You live in a flood: who to think, what to believe, what to fear, what to buy, all day. Your body tries to process all of it as though it matters equally. Of course you can't hear yourself.
And boundaries aren't cold. At their simplest they're instructions for love — you, showing people how you need to be met. Find your own edges again and nothing can pull you off center with fear or scarcity. You become, in a word I use on purpose, unmanipulatable.

What people actually say
I asked 36 people what my art does. Nobody said “pretty.”

A guide, not a guru
I'm Gurudarshan — but you can call me Gigi.
In 2013 a brain injury took my executive function and most of my self-trust with it. What brought me back wasn't a program — it was symmetry. I started composing mirrored images from my own nature photography, and looking at them settled something nothing else could reach.
I also had to leave the high-control belief system I was raised inside and had given my life to. Rebuilding my own authority after that — deciding things for myself, standing by it when people told me I was wrong — is the exact path I now walk people through.
That's the whole credential that matters: I didn't read about coming home to myself. I did it, with the tools I'm handing you.
